About the Class
Did you ring in 2019 with a handful of well-meaning New Year’s resolutions and the intention that this was going to be the year? And are you dragging those same goals, unfulfilled, into 2020? Or maybe you feel that you lack clarity, and are unsure as to what you even want from the New Year?
Join us on our day-long urban yoga retreat, and see how you can unlock your power and build the life that you want.
After introductions and time spent considering your desires for the coming year, you will step into your strength as the retreat kicks off with a power yoga practice (suitable for all levels of experience).
Your hosts, Isobel, Laura and Sacha, will then guide you through a series of workshops, meditations and journalling exercises, exploring the power of mindset as you reveal the blocks that may have been preventing you from achieving your dreams, and discover how you can make 2020 your year.
The day will close with a relaxing restorative practice, followed by yoga nidra, a ‘Yogic Sleep’ that calms the nervous system, allowing you to let go of tension, so that you feel ready to step into 2020 feeling empowered to create the year you want.
A vegan lunch will be served.
