About the Class
In this workshop, Sacha will use her in-depth anatomy knowledge to help you to perform some of the most common yoga poses in vinyasa (flow) yoga safely, and helping you to gain the maximum benefit from each posture.
There will be lots of opportunity to practice the postures covered, and to ask any burning questions about your yoga practice. Sacha encourages yoga practitioners to feel the poses in their own bodies, and understands that every body is different. Therefore, she will offer a variety of adaptations to each posture, so that every participant can leave the workshop with the variation of the pose most suited to them.
This workshop is suitable for people with any amount of yoga experience. If you've never stepped on a yoga mat before, you'll gain familiarity with the common vinyasa poses, giving you confidence to step into your first class. If you already have an established yoga practice, this is an amazing opportunity to troubleshoot any questions or concerns with an expert, and deepen your knowledge of the physical practice of yoga.
