About the Class
Pregnancy yoga can help to alleviate common pregnancy complaints, prepares your body for the birth of your baby, and helps to calm the mind with breath control and meditation. This is a gentle class and no previous yoga practice is necessary. Expectent mums must be over 14 weeks pregnant.
Please bring a yoga mat along with you. You may also wish to bring a cushion to sit on, although this is optional.
