About the Class
Pregnancy yoga can help to alleviate common pregnancy complaints, prepares your body for the birth of your baby, and helps to calm the mind with breath control and meditation. This is a gentle class and no previous yoga practice is necessary. Expectent mums must be over 14 weeks pregnant.
Led by Sacha, a registered nurse with over a decade of experience in healthcare, and a fully qualified yoga instructor with specialist pre-natal training, you can trust that you’ll be in safe hands with her knowledge and expertise.
You may wish to bring a cushion to sit on, although this is optional.
